I had the great pleasure to be interviewed about Staying Put or Moving On by the nationally recognized gerontologist, Carol Zernial, and the veteran broadcaster, Rob Aaron, for their WellMed Charitable Foundation podcast called Caregiver S.O.S. On Air. They are a knowledgeable, interesting, lively pair and helped calm my nervousness about my first podcast interview.
Carol is also the Executive Director of the WellMed Charitable Foundation, which is based in San Antonio, Texas. They offer a variety of programs that serve seniors and their caregivers across Texas and Florida. Their research arm explores innovative ways to care for seniors, with a special emphasis on wellness and prevention.
